TYPICAL SCHEDULE

Each seminar will determine its own schedule, meeting time, and location. Typically, we will select a private meeting room in a restaurant, one of our host schools, or one of our offices.

Topics may include:

• In-depth sharing of experiences
  
• Discuss current topics impacting your leadership and decision-making
  
• Hear from other superintendents that have “experienced” and “survived” your challenges
  
• Share, discuss and find workable alternatives to your professional and personal challenges
  
• Build a network of superintendents and leaders you can rely on
