What is SPACES™?
A very unique program, Superintendent Planning and Constructing Educational
Spaces (SPACES™) is designed for any superintendent facing a future bond issue.
It is especially beneficial for the leader with little experience in bond planning.
SPACES™ will give you one-on-one mentoring and the expertise to bring you up to speed in a short period of time.

How Does It Work?
A site visit is conducted in your district and you are
interviewed to evaluate your background and knowledge needed. A specific
program is developed that typically includes 6 hours of personalized coaching/
mentoring. It includes three 2-hour mentoring sessions, and a 1 hour workshop for
your board of education or administrative team (optional) and 3 months of phone/
e-mail support. There is no fee for this program.

Is There a Fee to Participate?
No. It is completely underwritten by Granger Construction as their contribution back to the leadership development of the superintendents of our state. However, you must register on our website.
