What is SPACES™?
SPACES™ is a free program designed for a superintendent, of any experience level, who is facing a future bond issue. It is specifically designed for that particular superintendent who doesn’t have a solid background or experience in bond issues. SPACES™ will give you one-on-one mentoring and expertise to bring you up-to-speed in a short period of time. It is designed to allow you to be successful and meet the challenges of a major bond program in your district.

One of the unique features of our program is that you will have three months of phone/e-mail contact with the SPACES™ leader to answer all of those questions that will come up leading to your bond being considered by the Board of Education.

How Does It Work?
A site visit is conducted in your district and you are interviewed to evaluate your background and the knowledge needed. A specific program is developed that typically includes six hours of personalized coaching / mentoring. Board / administrative workshops can be provided that will assist you in getting started on the right foot! This is a custom designed program that will cover everything from starting a vision for your project to doing a project evaluation two years after you open your building.

Is There a Fee to Participate?
No. It is completely underwritten by Granger Construction as their contribution back to the leadership development of the superintendents of our state. However, you must register on our website.
