With 37 years of experience in education, Bill Spargur served 16 years as a Superintendent for school districts in Michigan and Ohio; most recently at Dexter Community Schools. After retiring, Bill started Bill Spargur Consulting, Inc. and created the successfull start&SPACES, startPLUS and TRUSTteam Educational Leadership Programs. Granger Construction, a major client of Bill Spargur Consulting, Inc., supports and underwrites these leadership programs to assist the educational leaders in Michigan.

Emmett Lippe, Ed.d has been a District Superintendent for a total of 30 years, serving three Michigan school districts of various sizes. Prior to retirement, he was the Superintendent of Novi Community School District. Emment is now an Educational Consultant/Leadership Specialist with Bill Spargur Consulting, Inc. and manages the startPLUS program. Having previously led the popular SELF programs, Emmett continues to share his expertise as part of startPLUS. He also specializes in strategic planning for school districts.
